TEHRAN, March 8 (RIA Novosti) - Iran remains devoted to its commitments before the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and considers that all the remaining problems and differences between Tehran and the Agency can be settled, said Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Assefi, commenting on the meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors which began in Vienna on Monday.

"We are waiting with optimism for the results of the meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors because we fully cooperated with the IAEA," Mr. Assefi was quoted as saying in the press service of Iran's foreign ministry.

According to the diplomat, Iran cooperates with the member states of the Board of Governors and three European countries - Britain, Germany and France - and coordinates the existing problems with them.

Iran hopes that a decision on the "Iran dossier" will be void of bias that is present in the policies pursued by some states in regard to Iran, Mr. Assefi said.

The official spokesman for Iran's foreign ministry noted that, if relations between the IAEA and Iran developed as usual, the Islamic Republic would have "the most serious ties with the Agency."
