MOSCOW, March 5 (RIA Novosti) - The formation of the new cabinet's structure, profound analysis of the real sector of the economy, analysis in the social sphere, backing of the science and personnel training will be the five top-priority moves of the new government, candidate for premiership Mikhail Fradkov said in the State Duma.
The formation of the new government structure should be connected with tasks in economic sphere and administrative reform, Fradkov stressed.
"We do not introduce anything new. It is necessary to work on economic restructuring because time presses," he noted.
According to Mr. Fradkov, the governmental work should be connected with foreign economic, investment and industrial policy on the basis of the real economic sector's analysis and should focus on priority spheres.
"Our main task in not only to coordinate the work of the federal level and business but also to uncover competitive advantages of the economy," Mikhail Fradkov added.
