MOSCOW, MARCH 4 (RIA NOVOSTI) - President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation has signed a decree on fulfilling the UN Security Council's December 22, 2003 resolution No. 1521 with regard to Liberia, reports the presidential press service.
This UNSC resolution imposes some restrictions concerning Liberia.
