PARIS, MARCH 3, RIA NOVOSTI - Russia is greatly interested in partnership with France for pioneer military technologies, Sergei Ivanov, acting Defence Minister, said to the media in Paris.
"Military-technological partnership will come under active debate as a Russian delegation appears in France on a forthcoming routine visit," added the minister.
In particular, Russian and French designers are working together at a MIG AT training aircraft, and there are prospects to promote it in overseas markets through joint efforts. The craft may provide a basis for a new plane to train NATO countries' pilots. It will offer schooling to cope with fifth-generation aircraft, said Mr. Ivanov.
