GROZNY, February 22, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent) - A terrorist attack has been prevented in the Zavodskoy district of Grozny.
A self-made explosive device, made of 1.5-liter plastic bottle filled with trotyl, a mortar bomb, wires and an electric detonator was found yesterday morning in the Zavodskoy district of Grozny during engineering and sapper reconnaissance, the Chechen Interior Ministry has reported.
The device was brought out of the city and destroyed, the agency's interlocutor said.
