DUSHANBE, February 16 (RIA Novosti). A group of Russian officers headed by Deputy Commander of FSB's Russian Frontier Troops general Alexander Manilov arrived in Tadjikistan with a routine visit Monday.

The purpose of the visit is to discuss and work on "The Agreement on Russian Frontier Guard Task Force's Location in Tadjikistan", a spokesperson for the Committee on Border Protection at the Tadjik Government said.
