YEREVAN, JANUARY 29 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Moscow is not going to reconsider the list of enterprises passed by Armenia as property to Russia under the property-for-debt agreement, Russian Vice-Premier Boris Alyoshin told journalists. On Thursday he arrived in Yerevan on a two-day working visit.

"The talk is about a creative supplement to the 2002 agreement. It will let the two sides live and work comfortably within its framework," he explained.

According to Serzh Sarkisyan, Armenian co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission, Defense Minister and secretary of the Security Council under the Armenian president, there is an agreement that throughout 2004 Russia will familiarize the Armenian side with the relative plan.

In Yerevan Alyoshin will have meetings with Armenian president Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sarkisyan, inspect the crucial enterprises in the list of facilities to be passed to Russia.

The intergovernmental agreement on passing the property to pay off Armenia's 93 million-dollar debt to Russia was concluded in Yerevan on July 17, 2002. This agreement intends the passing of 100 percent of shares of the Mars factory (estimated at 56.29 million dollars), research institutes of mathematical machines (2.75 million dollars), automatic control systems (3.37 million dollars), materials science (350,000 dollars), as well as the property complex of the Razdan thermoelectric power plant (31 million dollars).
