MOSCOW, JANUARY 26. /RIA NOVOSTI / -- Before the end of today, Spartak Moscow will notify the European Union of Football Associations /UEFA/ of the appeal against its decision to disqualify the Spartak and the national team half-back Titov.

Titov's doping test after the Euro 2004 first playback against the Wales revealed decay elements of the banned Bromantan agent.

Spartak press attache Alexei Zinin said in a RIA Novosti interview that "a literate, juridically checked notification" is now in preparation to be sent to UEFA. Zinin also said that Spartak will send the appeal to UEFA within 6 days.

Tonight Spartak will sign an agreement with "a lawyer known in Europe who will conduct the 'Titov case'", Zinin said.

On Tuesday the footballer and his team will leave for Spain for a regular training session.
