VELIKY NOVGOROD, JANUARY 25 (RIA Novosti corr. Andrei Letyagin) - A dog's fashion show, Canine Carnival, was held Sunday in Veliky Novgorod, in northwestern Russia. About thirty adult dogs and puppies participated in the show. They represented twelve breeds, such as the French bulldog, the Pekinese, the fox terrier, the poodle, the Alsatian, the Collie, the American spaniel, and the Sharpei.
The canine models marched along the catwalk to show off fashion wear created for them by their loving owners. Awards were given to the most cunning and the most smartly dressed.
The dog's defile has been held in Veliky Novgorod for several years now.
