NEW YORK, JANUARY 23. /RIA NOVOSTI CORRESPONDENT ANDREI LOSCHILIN/ -- Russia has transferred a regular membership fee to the United Nations' budget - 15,696,000 dollars for 2004.
The payment was made "in time and in full volume", the permanent mission of the Russian Federation at the UN has said on Friday.
Now Russia has no debts before the United Nations as regards the regular and peace-keeping operations budgets, said the permanent mission.
Last year Russia sent 47 million dollars for the UN operation.
