TBILISI, January 4 (RIA Novosti) - At 4 p.m. Moscow time, preliminary reports said Georgia's presidential elections were valid, said Central Election Commission chief Zurab Chiaberashvili.
1,300,000 voters have taken part in the elections as of 4 p.m., according to Mr Chiaberashvili.
