GENEVA (Sputnik) – The consultations are expected to address work between Moscow and Washington to organize humanitarian pauses in Aleppo and ensure the safety of humanitarian convoys traveling along Castello road.
The outcome of the ongoing talks would determine the likelihood of the previously reported August 26 meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry in Geneva, sources told RIA Novosti earlier.
