MUNICH (Sputnik) — Europe and the United States are beginning to understand the inadmissibility of Kiev’s behavior, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Saturday.
The implementation of the Minsk agreements’ key political provisions has practically not begun mainly due to the unwillingness of the Ukrainian authorities to do their part honestly and Kiev’s aim to ceaselessly find excuses to avoid its obligations, Lavrov said at the Munich Security Conference.
Lavrov praised the fact that Europe and the United States were seemingly beginning to understand unacceptability of such behavior.
