MUNICH (Sputnik) – The Minsk agreements are the best way to solve the crisis in Ukraine, and their implementation depends first and foremost on Kiev, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Saturday.
"Of course, the Minsk agreements should be followed by all sides. But we believe their implementation depends, first of all, on Kiev authorities. Not because we're trying to point fingers, but because the time has come. Despite progress in some areas… the situation remains fragile," Medvedev said at the Munich Security Conference.
