MOSCOW (Sputnik) An Ebola vaccine developed by Russia will be officially unveiled at the UN Office in Geneva on February 15, a spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Healthcare said Friday.

"The Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation [Veronika Skvortsova] will be in Geneva on February 15-16, where she will attend the official presentation of the Russian-made vaccine against the Ebola virus," Oleg Salagay told reporters.

Skvortsova announced in January that two anti-Ebola vaccines had been developed in Russia and tested by specialists from both Russia's Health and Defense Ministry, adding that their efficiency exceeded foreign analogues.
