CIS States Should Join Efforts in Fight Against Terrorism
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – International terrorists have expanded their recruitment activities in the Commonwealth of Independent States to include students, religious fanatics, military, police, and inmates, the head of the CIS Anti-Terrorist Center said Wednesday.

“Weak links have been formed today, which include social groups that are getting more attention from representatives of international terrorist organizations. First and foremost, the bet is on the youth, students, military, and members of law enforcement organs,” Col.-Gen. Andrei Novikov said at a CIS Anti-Terrorist Center meeting.
