MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently visiting Moscow, where he has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"The sides expressed satisfaction with the joint Russian-Indian naval exercises of December 2015 in the waters of the Bay of Bengal, as well as joint land force drills Indra-2015," the statement reads.
The two countries' defense ministries have now been tasked with preparing draft cooperation agreements for companies in the defense sphere.
