BEIJING (Sputnik) – Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev invited on Thursday his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang to Russia for the regular meeting of the Russian and Chinese heads of government in 2016.
"I invite Mr. Li Keqiang to visit Russia to hold the next meeting of the Russian and Chinese heads of government in 2016," Medvedev said.
The Russian delegation, headed by Medvedev, has been in China on a three-day official visit, running December 14-17.
During the trip, Medvedev took part in a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State Council and spoke at the opening ceremony of the Second World Internet Conference.
