VIENNA (Sputnik) At least 128 people died in the near-simultaneous gun and bomb attacks in seven Paris districts. Eight attackers targeted cafes, restaurants, bars and a concert hall.

"The recent events [in Paris] will change the agenda of the upcoming meeting [in Vienna]," Zakharova told journalists. "No doubt that what happened in Paris last night will affect today’s atmosphere and the negotiating process."

Zakharova said her heart went out to the people of France and expressed Russia’s solidarity with French authorities.
