Putin not going to change Russian Constitution – Peskov
The annual presidential address to the Federal Assembly will not deal with changes to the Russian Constitution, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Media reports that the issue is about changes to the Constitution are not correct. One should just recall recent multiple statements about this issue by the president, the guarantor of the Constitution, who said that the Constitution is not a law that may be changed and cut to the truckle of the current political situation," Peskov told journalists on Thursday.
