Lance Armstrong facing 2 new lawsuits
The Nebraska-based Acceptance Insurance Company and a San Francisco Sports Corporation are claiming he committed fraud and deception, withholding from them the fact he was using performance-enhancing drugs when taking part in the "Tour de France" in 1999, 2000, and 2001.
This suit seeks repayment of $3 million in undeserved pay obtained by Armstrong.
By the time in October 2012 the International Cycling Union disqualified Lance Armstrong for life, he had already completed his career.
All the results of his performances since 1998 were annulled. Thus, he was stripped of his seven "Tour de France" titles.
