Tehran ready to hold talks with P5+1 in Baghdad
Tehran has suggested holding talks with the P5+1 international mediators in the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
According to the Reuters news agency, Baghdad has pledged to take up the proposal with all interested parties.
According to earlier reports, Iran and the six international mediators (the five UN Security Council permanent member-states and Germany) have reached agreement to hold a meeting in Istanbul on the 13th and 14th of April.
The US and some other western countries suspect Iran of developing nuclear weapons under the guise of a nuclear programme for peaceful purposes.
