Heroin by helicopter
Law enforcers have confiscated about 700 grams of heroin from criminals in the Tula Region to the south of Moscow.
The wrong-doers planned to deliver the drug to a convict kept in a pre-trial prison with the help of a radio-controlled helicopter.
According to the regional department of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service, the helicopter was to hang over a cell window and the man only had to stretch his hand and grasp the container with the drug.
Four participants in the fraud have been arrested. The unmanned helicopter has been found in the house of one of them.
