A baby mammoth named Zhenya was put on display at the St. Petersburg Zoological Museum in Russia.

The exposition is not expected to be long. After the mammoth is examined by scientists it will be moved to a local museum on the Taymyr Peninsula.

The finding was made in 2012 in Taymyr. Scientists say the mammoth lived 37-38,000 years ago and died between 13 and 16 years of age.
