Putin Inspects New Armored Vehicle Built on Armata Platform
14:20 GMT 26.11.2015 (Updated: 19:25 GMT 19.10.2022) Russian President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin visited one of the country’s largest engineering complexes in the city of Nizhny Tagil.
The president inspected a new infantry fighting vehicle based on the newest T-14 Armata platform.
The Armata is a Russian prototype of a heavy tracked vehicle platform that will be used as a basis for the construction of a next-generation main battle tank and a range of other combat vehicles.
