The explosion hit New York’s Chelsea neighborhood in Manhattan at around 8:30 p.m. [00:30 GMT] on Saturday. According to reports, the blast has left nearly 30 people injured. The New York Police Department said that a possible second explosive device was found in the neighborhood.
