Republican voters need to think long and hard about who they want to be the next president of the United States and commander-in-chief, former presidential candidate Senator John McCain said in a statement denouncing frontrunner Donald Trump on Thursday.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — McCain’s remarks followed a speech by another former Republican presidential nominee, Mitt Romney, who likewise urged voters earlier in the day to dump Trump.

The 2016 Republican frontrunner has a large though not-yet insurmountable lead in the primary contests to choose the Republican Party’s candidate for the US presidency.

"I share the concerns about Donald Trump that my friend and former Republican [presidential] nominee Mitt Romney, described," McCain said.

"I would also echo the many concerns about Mr. Trump’s uninformed and indeed dangerous statements on defense and national security issues," McCain added.

McCain cited a letter signed by more than 75 US national security and foreign policy experts who pledged to abandon the Republican ticket if Trump is chosen as their party’s nominee.

Trump won seven of 12 states in the so-called Super Tuesday primary contest earlier this week, cementing his position as Republican frontrunner by a margin so great that it will be difficult, though not impossible, for any other candidate to prevail, according to US electoral math cited by political analysts.

Each of those 75 only have 1 vote each, some are even plagued to smell for crimes they commit. Even Bush and former CIA Vincent Hayden got plagued for committing crimes, so they would probably endorse another plagued candidate's husband Clinton. Good luck to Trump. I hope that he wins and makes America great again by making peace with God.

Hilary may bow out due to poor health or legal problems, and Biden might run for the corporatocracy.

Don't let the door hit ya....
  • McCain and Romney are two failed politicians. No one will listen to them. Trump supporters stand united and will stay on course. What the primaries are showing is which politicians are backed by the corrupt establishishment. They are all beginning to expose themselves which is a good thing. Now people will know who they truly are. Also the different media outlets who attack Trump are also being exposed as the puppets who are the mouthpiece to the corrupt establish, net as well. As these criminals expose themselves, Trump will gain more supporters as time goes on. People are beginning to see the evil being displayed by the dark side.

The Vietnamese could have killed him, but they thought it would be much better to let him go back and destroy America from within.

If this group of 75 vote for Hillary and abandon their own party front runner, they will be traitors to their fellow Americans and responsible for whatever fresh hell she inflicts on us.
