"I like the debates… I want to do the debates they're good for me, but I'm not a fan of hers," Trump said in an interview on CNN on Monday evening. "I am not a fan of Megyn Kelly, I don't like her and I think she doesn't like me. That's OK." "[But] I don't think she can treat the [candidates] fairly I think she's very biased."
Kelly angered Trump with questions she asked in the first Republican presidential debate, and this weekend Trump renewed his criticism of her.
"Based on Megyn Kelly's conflict of interest and bias, she should not be allowed to be a moderator of the next debate," Trump tweeted over the weekend.
The nationally televised debate on Thursday will be held less than a week before the Iowa caucuses, the first real test of US voters’ preferences for president, are scheduled for February 1.
