American business magnate and investor George Soros no longer views Russia as an enemy of the EU and is now openly calling on Brussels to cooperate with Moscow, German newspaper Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (DWN) wrote.

According to him, the European Union may soon collapse due to the refugee crisis and the lack of leadership. In order to survive, European leaders need a "new Marshall Plan" in which Russia should play a key role, the investor stressed.

Soros has always been a supporter of the idea of the EU's existence, but now he sees that the EU is "falling apart".

In an interview with Bloomberg, the American financier said that there is "a panic in the European asylum policy" and that the EU needs strong leaders and external assistance — including from Russia — in order to survive.

DWN found it interesting that Soros, who "had always presented Russia as an enemy of the EU," is now "calling on Brussels to increase cooperation with Moscow.

Soros is well-known American business magnate and philanthropist of Jewish-Hungarian descent. The financier who possesses a huge financial empire and wrote 12 books on subjects ranging from terrorism to global capitalism is one of the most influential and richest people in the world.

In essence help! please Russia help! Why would Russia lift a finger other than what its already doing in Syria at great cost which has the benefit of reversing immigrant pressure on Europe. Yet Europe blocks Russia every which way with stopping diplomats from entry to attend conferences and important political gatherings. Soros would have been far better served to have fired a salvo at US/UK/ISRAEL for deliberately wrecking Europe who remain subservient to US handouts which are just printed off the presses with impunity. But not for much longer and here's the crunch point unless the big boys get into joint developments in China and Russia there financial empires will reduce in value by around 70-80% once the US dollar reaches its legitimate value of about 18% of its current value. Or 18c in the $. And to think Obama sabotaged a number of major joint projects because he wanted to pursue the reckless policy of bringing Russia to its knees! Soros cut the crap and put a real candidate up for presidency that understands the future working requirements of the new world power sharing council.

Another Marshall Plan! So he has revealed his true intent. Europe disintegrates under the refugee crisis and the U.S. shlep in and take control.

What this new flip-flop from this globalist elite really means, is their current plan isn't working. The EU needs to fail for the NWO to fail. They are trying to salvage it. Of course Russia will not turn away from the EU members when they hold out their hands, but he should. This is all a ruse to keep the NWO alive. This might be the only chance to bury the NWO for good. I hope Russia acts wisely.

anne00marie, Because Russia can RESIST the NWO and they now know it.

anne00marie, I wouldn't say "no success", he has destroyed about 25 percent of the world, maybe some of the damage will never be recovered from. He has forced about 40 percent of the world to do his bidding through the US bully-state he created...I'd say he got his pound of flesh from the tens of millions who've died world-wide from his schemes.

Baybars, the US already controls the EU.

Has anyone got a large sword so ol' George may fall on it! Soros is one of the key players for the New World Order. He has largely paid for the current invasion of Europe in order to collapse the labor market, just ask the Hungarian Prime Minister! He knew this action would bring the problems that are now so evident and what he is crying now are simply crocodile tears. It is Russia and China that are the stumbling blocks for his New World Order and it is both these countries that he would like to collapse economically.

Russia and China can see what is in play here and that is why both countries are now being attacked economically and through Western media propaganda. If the EU collapses then Europe can revert to its default position of nation states and that would just ruin ol' George and his New World Order.

By the look of his mug shot, surely he can't be around for much longer?

If Russia does fulfill Soros' request to "save the EU", then "she" deserves to get her a** whooped.

As he explained himself in his book on stock markets, speculation is not a science, it's not truth, it jumps back and forth to cut a margin. Tomorrow he'll say something else again.

Soros is scared that the E.U. falling will benefit Russia more so...reconcile the E.U. and Russia now, on E.U. terms. Later on down the road, E.U. stabs Russia in the back again. Not cool. Let the E.U. become weakend. Do business with many countries, not one big fake one.

Buckeye American, there is no down the road for him soon. Do not forget that.

Quite weird to read about this billionary, as stated somewhere supporting the democrats and in quite an opposition to the former president GWB, but who hasn't used his wealth to charge GWB and the former administration for war crimes, but instead to rebuilt the Middle East. The shortsightedness in such reasoning indicates that the human lifes are not considered as worth anything.
This representative of a Jewish heritage says it all: money and seizing power.
