'Twin Peaks' Shooting in Texas Kills Nine, Several Injured
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Texas authorities are investigating threats against police officers from biker gangs, whose members were arrested following a recent shootout in a restaurant in Waco, CNN reported Friday.

An inquiry was launched after a statewide bulletin based on information obtained from an informant close to the Bandidos and Black Widows biker gangs revealed that members were plotting attacks against those members of law enforcement involved in the arrest of their "brothers."

Texas Police to Face Threats From Bikers Amid Clashes With Motorclubs
According to the document, issued by Texas Department of Public Safety on Thursday and reviewed by CNN, biker gang members who are on active military service are supplying "grenades and C4 explosives," and are plotting car bomb attacks against police officers and members of their families. The document threatened the use of grenades, Molotov cocktails and firearms against law enforcement.

On Sunday, nine bikers were killed and at least 18 injured in a shootout between members of motorcycle clubs and police officers in Waco, Texas. At least three Waco policemen reportedly opened fire, according to law enforcement officials, but it is still unknown how many bikers were killed by police bullets.
