MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, commonly known as Pentagon City Mall, was evacuated on Friday due to a bomb threat, local police said.
"Agencies assisting w/ systematic search of the Pentagon Centre Mall after a non-specific telephone threat received. Roads closed in area," Arlington County Police Department said on Twitter.

According to local media, bomb-sniffing dogs are currently being brought to the site.
The mall is located just a short walk from the US Defense Department headquarters.
