Police found no bombs on two flights at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport following threats on Twitter against the aircraft.

MOSCOW, January 25 (Sputnik) — Police found no bombs on two airplanes at Atlanta airport following threats made via Twitter against the aircraft, Associated Press agency reports.

Law enforcements finished their search Saturday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett said according to the outlet.

Earlier threats were made via Twitter against two airplanes which reportedly were Delta Air Lines Flight DL1156, which arrived from Portland, Oregon and Southwest Airlines Flight WN2492, which arrived from Milwaukee.

NORAD dispatched two F-16 fighter jets to escort two flights to Atlanta airport, the agency reported.
