Russia's flyweight boxer Misha Aloyan was beaten by Shakhobidin Zoirov from Uzbekistan and lost final of men’s 52kg competition at the Rio Olympics.

RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) — Russia's flyweight boxer Misha Aloyan on Sunday won a silver medal in men’s 52kg competition at the ongoing Rio Olympics.

In the final match, the Russian athlete was beaten by Shakhobidin Zoirov from Uzbekistan.

Aloyan’s silver is Russia’s 56th medal at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
