GENEVA (Sputnik) – The change of locations, and the hearing’s postponement from 08:00 GMT to 09:00 GMT, is widely believed to have been done with the aim of avoiding media hype.

Russian pole vaulter Yelena Isinbayeva is expected to represent Russian athletes in the All-Russia Athletic Federation’s (ARAF) claim against the IAAF. Isinbayeva will be joined by British lawyer Mike Morgan, ARAF President Dmitry Shliakhtin, ARAF Secretary General Mikhail Butov, and Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) head of legal department Alexander Brilliantov.
