MOSCOW, March 8 (R-Sport) - A calamitous goalkeeping blunder handed Krasnodar a 2-1 win over Amkar Perm in the Russian football Premier League on Friday.

Roman Gerus kept out a fierce close-range header from Krasnodar's Brazilian striker Wanderson but poked the ball across the line with his trailing knee.

The second-half error came just seven minutes after Gerus had replaced regular No. 1 Sergei Narubin in the Amkar goal.

Wanderson appeared to be credited with the goal, however, taking his league tally for the season to an impressive eight in 12 games since joining in September from Swedish side GAIS.

Krasnodar overtake ninth-placed Dynamo Moscow with the win, while a sixth defeat in their last seven games leaves Amkar in 12th.

Amkar had taken a shock lead on 25 minutes through winter loan signing Nikita Burmistrov, who ran clear from an offside position to lift over Krasnodar goalkeeper Alexander Filtsov.

Burmistrov had latched on to a goal kick from Narubin directly, ruling out the possibility of an offside call.

But the lead lasted just two minutes as Portuguese winger Marcio Abreu lashed into the corner from 20 yards with defenders sitting back.

Krasnodar's winter signing Mauricio Pereyra missed an open goal just seconds after the restart following an exquisite control and layoff from Wanderson.

Yevgeny Shipitsyn should have added a third four minutes from time but blasted straight at Gerus.

Earlier Friday, Aras Ozbiliz orchestrated a 2-0 win for FC Kuban over lowly FC Volga to pull Kuban to within three points of third-placed Zenit St. Petersburg.

On Saturday, local rivals Dynamo and Lokomotiv face off in Moscow before league leaders CSKA Moscow travel to lowly Krylya Sovetov.

Alania Vladikavkaz take on FC Rostov in a game that attracted suspicions of match-fixing due to unusual betting patterns.

On Sunday, Spartak Moscow play Terek Grozny before Europa League participants Rubin and Zenit meet in Grozny.

Guus Hiddink's Anzhi Makhachkala then seek to improve upon Thursday's 0-0 draw with Newcastle when they travel to Mordovia Saransk to wrap up round 20 of the championship.
