Top seed Sam Stosur will face former world No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki in the final of the Kremlin Cup on Sunday after Stosur beat Serbian fourth seed Ana Ivanovic in the second semifinal.

Stosur came from a set down to wrap up a 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 win with the turning point coming when Ivanovic left the court for 15 minutes for treatment on an unknown injury with Stosur a break up at 3-2 in the decider.

The Australian world No. 9's hunt for a first WTA title since her U.S. Open triumph last year will pit her against Wozniacki after the third seed battled past Sweden's Sofia Arvidsson in a 6-3, 6-7(4), 6-4 win earlier Saturday.

In the second semifinal, a quickfire 33-minute first set saw Ivanovic and Stosur trade breaks to take the score to 2-2 before Ivanovic went on a four-game winning streak to seal the set, helped by Stosur's erratic play at the net.

Stosur forced her way back into the match with the only break of the second set when it was on serve at 4-3, and closed out the set on serve.

Stosur's only other appearance in a WTA final this year came in Doha in February, when she lost to Victoria Azarenka.

A win in the final would seal a late-season resurgence for Wozniacki, who has slipped from the world No. 1 spot to 11th this season and won her first and only title of 2012 in Seoul last month.

The Dane is making her second appearance in Moscow after a second-round defeat to Nadia Petrova in 2008.
