Russian Diplomats Visit Detained Maria Butina in US (VIDEO)
13:21 GMT 26.07.2018 (Updated: 12:11 GMT 06.08.2022) Representatives of the Russian embassy in the US intend to visit Maria Butina, who was arrested in Washington earlier in July, not less than once a week to make sure that the Russian national gets proper legal assistance and that the rules of international law are respected.
The Russian diplomats' visit has been coordinated with the prison administration, where Butina is currently being held in custody.
