Earlier in the day, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the alleged seizure of stakes of Roscosmos and the Russian Satellite Communication Company in France is currently being checked and details clarified.
"All our affairs are currently in the legal domain, under review in the French courts… I think that we have every reason to hope for a review’s positive outcome," Komarov said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
According to him, the corporation has been defending its interests since the last summer, and "there is nothing new in this process."
In July 2014, the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague ruled in favor of the former Yukos oil company shareholders and demanded Russia pay them $50 billion. In June 2015, Russian assets were confiscated in France and Belgium based on the PCA’s ruling.
