At least 23 people died in a psychiatric hospital fire in the Russian southwestern Voronezh region.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The number of victims in a psychiatric hospital fire in the Russian southwestern Voronezh region has climbed to 23, since one more individual has been found dead, a source in the Russian Emergencies Ministry's regional center said Sunday.

"A body of another victim was found," the source told RIA Novosti.

The cause of the deadly blaze is currently being investigated.
