DVORIKI (Sputnik) — Putin said that the sanctions imposed by the West had prompted Russia to intensify efforts aimed at the development of its own software programs.
"Of course, we have already witnessed the fact that our competitors, opponents are taking use of their advantages and our carelessness and trustfulness, we can say, and using modern forms of influence for political purposes, in the course of the political struggle," Putin said at a youth educational forum.
