Donald Trump told Xi Jinping in a letter that he looks forward to building constructive ties that will benefit both countries.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US President Donald Trump told Chinese President Xi Jinping in a letter on Wednesday he looks forward to building constructive ties that will benefit both countries, the White House said in a press release.

“President Trump stated that he looks forward to working with President Xi to develop a constructive relationship that benefits both the United States and China," the release noted.
