The members of the UN Security Council condemned in the strongest terms attacks on schools in the Syrian village of Haas in Idlib province and in western Aleppo, calling for an investigation of the incidents.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Following the attack in Idlib, S Department of State spokesperson John Kirby said that Washington had seen information that implicated Russia and Syria as being responsible for carrying out the attack. Russian Defense Ministry's spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said that the investigation showed that the photos and video frames of the alleged airstrike on the school, published by some media, were fabricated.
