The Russian president and his US counterpart will meet on Monday, but the format of the talks still should be discussed.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Barack Obama have agreed to hold a meeting on Monday, Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"The leaders have agreed to hold a meeting tomorrow," Peskov told RIA Novosti.

Peskov said the format of the meeting was still to be decided. He added it could be either a "full-fledged" event or a one-on-one talk on the margins of the G20 summit in Hangzhou, China.
