ANKARA (Sputnik) – Turkish media reported that a Russia-Turkey friendly was scheduled to be held in Antalya on August 31.
"Yesterday, such information appeared on social media, but there is no such plan yet, but this would be great. Such visit would contribute to further normalization of our relations," Cavusoglu told reporters.
Last month, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Putin’s schedule did not include a trip for a football exhibition match in Turkey, but nothing could be ruled out.
