MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The West considers Russia and Turkey to be "second class" countries, he added.

"They consider Russia and Turkey to be second class countries, and they are outraged that these second class countries dare to criticize them… Therefore, faced with straightforwardness and resilience of [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan and [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, they feel very worried and anxious," Cavusoglu said.

He added that many political actors were discontent with both Putin and Erdogan for speaking their minds.
