MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Russian delegation hopes to hear Helsinki's opinion on Brexit, among other issues, during its upcoming visit to Finland, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday.
"Obviously, it will be interesting to hear the opinion of our Finnish colleagues on the new system of coordinates which might be emerging following the United Kingdom referendum, and so on, we have a large agenda," Peskov told reporters.
He added that the Russia-EU relations and such acute international issues as the conflicts in Syria and Ukraine might be discussed during the visit.
He concluded that the bilateral border issues may be on the agenda if the Finnish side will initiate them.
Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Finland on Friday, at the invitation of President Sauli Niinisto.
