German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier will arrive in Estonia’s capital, Tallinn, on a working visit on Friday, the press service of the Estonian Foreign Ministry informs.

TALLINN (Sputnik) – Steinmeier is due to meet with Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas and Foreign Minister Marina Kaljurand.

The aim of the visit is strengthening bilateral ties. European security and issues related to the migration crisis are also on the agenda, according to the Estonian Foreign Ministry.

Europe has been beset by a massive refugee crisis, with hundreds of thousands of undocumented migrants fleeing their home countries in the Middle East and North Africa to escape violence and poverty.
