Putin to Join Normandy Four Telephone Talks Late Monday Night - Kremlin

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the Russian president would join the Normandy Four format telephone discussion.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin will join the Normandy Four format telephone discussion late Monday night with the leaders of Ukraine, Germany, and France, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Yes,” Peskov told RIA Novosti in regard to whether Putin would join the conversation.

Earlier on Monday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko’s official website published a statement that the Ukrainian leader would speak with the three leaders on Ukrainian reconciliation upon his return from Istanbul late Monday night.
