Donald Trump became the last Republican candidate left this week after both Ted Cruz and John Kasich decided to drop out earlier this week. This means Trump will be running against either Clinton or Sanders, both of whom are still battling over the Democratic nomination.
The hashtag #DropOutHillary, asking Clinton to step down and let Sanders represent the Democrats, has become the number one Twitter trend in the United States. By Thursday evening the hashtag had over 300,000 tweets and the number is growing.

Furthermore, leftists fear that Clinton might end up losing to Trump due to her unpopularity, while Sanders, if nominated, would beat the Republicans with a much higher margin than the former Secretary of State.
