"If they continue a diplomatic game, a diplomatic theater, as the ones in Geneva or Munich, the international community will be responsible for all these problems," Davutoglu said, as broadcast by the NTV channel.
The ISSG session in Munich saw the participation of Russia, the United States and over a dozen other states. The talks resulted in the adoption of a final communique that calls for humanitarian access to be provided swiftly to all besieged areas in Syria and sets a one-week deadline for measures to be implemented to end the hostilities in the country.
The ISSG was formed in November shortly after the beginning of the Syria peace talks in Vienna as an international format to help to resolve the internal crisis in Syria, where a civil war has been ongoing since 2011, with forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Assad fighting several opposition factions and extremist groups.
